Returns & refunds

We offer returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all the tags on and in the original packaging. 

Please fill in the return form that we have provided with your order, and include it in your return package.

The costs of return-shipping your product are at your own expense. Only in the case that you would like an exchange, or return an item due to a fault on our side will we take care of the shipping charges. If this is the case, please contact customerservice@ilja.nl and we will provide you with further information on how to proceed.

You will receive a refund within 5 to 10 working days from receipt at our warehouse. Your money will be refunded back via the same payment method originally used for the purchase.
